WalkMe, a fast-growing SaaS company that helps users adopt new software, migrated to NetSuite and needed tighter control over spending and budgeting as it scaled. PyanGo implemented its Advanced Budgetary Control within NetSuite, creating a budgetary data warehouse and BI dashboards that let teams keep separate accounting and budget structures, forecast future expenses (for example, the effect of closing a PO on next-quarter costs), and prevent overspend. The PyanGo solution improved visibility and consistency across departments, removed the need for managers to manually collect and calculate budget data, and enabled executives to make informed long-term decisions.
