V/Line, a government-owned Australian regional train and coach operator, needed to keep thousands of commuters informed about schedule and service changes across more than 2,000 weekly trains. Pushwoosh implemented route- and schedule-based segmentation and automated notifications so passengers receive journey reminders and real-time service updates. As a result, V/Line’s app now has 45,000+ monthly active users, over 131,000 push subscribers (audience tripled over two years), and hundreds of thousands of timely notifications delivered each month.
