Telecom Armenia, the country’s largest broadband and telecommunications company, needed a better way to activate new app users, improve onboarding, and promote products and services more effectively. Using Pushwoosh, it set out to replace lower-performing SMS and social channels with more engaging mobile communications for its My Beeline Armenia app.
With Pushwoosh’s push notifications and in-app messages, Telecom Armenia improved onboarding, kept users updated on new features, and promoted offers and devices more effectively. The results included a 1.5x increase in engagement from a single promo campaign, 5x higher CTRs than SMS, and improved app store ratings.
