Omada, the company behind the Almowafir coupons and discounts app, needed a better way to retain a fluctuating user base and turn one-time visitors into loyal customers. To address this challenge, Omada partnered with Pushwoosh and used its customer engagement platform, including Pushwoosh Customer Journey Builder, to support onboarding, re-engagement, and loyalty marketing.
With Pushwoosh, Omada built 51 active automated journeys using behavior-based messaging, segmentation, time delays, personalization, and event tracking. The result was a 67.4% conversion rate to the target action after onboarding, a 4% increase in Day 30 retention, and strong engagement across other campaigns, including up to 3.6% of users completing loyalty-related intent events and 7.5% converting after a positive experience.
