BelkaCar retains users and delivers service messages with Pushwoosh

BelkaCar, one of Russia’s largest carsharing companies with a fleet of over 5,000 cars and more than 2.5 million customers, needed to re‑engage inactive users, deliver timely service updates and run targeted promotions. To solve these challenges, BelkaCar partnered with Pushwoosh and deployed Pushwoosh’s in‑app messages, event‑based (behavioral) messaging and push notification tools.

Using Pushwoosh, BelkaCar built inactivity segments (1/3/6 months), triggered event‑based alerts, and sent pop‑up in‑app service notices and promotion pushes; the program delivered strong results—retention push CTRs around 17–20% (sample 20.99%), millions of messages sent, over 2.4 million push subscribers and 300,000+ monthly active users—improving re‑engagement and message open rates.
