Bladestorm, the publisher behind the GC.SKINS app, wanted to improve user engagement and monetization across mobile and web channels. Working with Pushwoosh, they used the platform as a customer engagement and messaging solution to test campaigns, automate communications, and better understand which messages actually drove revenue.
With Pushwoosh, Bladestorm ran A/B tests, scheduled offers, built long-term customer journeys, sent surveys, and used push-to-in-app and geo-targeted campaigns alongside external analytics tools like Amplitude and AppsFlyer. The result was a 16.62% increase in MAU and 4.58% revenue growth, with some campaigns also delivering strong engagement such as 28.21% CTRs and a threefold increase in survey response rate.
