To address this, they partnered with the vendor PushPushGo to utilize web push notifications.

The solution implemented by PushPushGo involved sending targeted web push notifications to users who checked their shipment status, encouraging them to pick up their package within two hours in exchange for a discount code. This campaign by PushPushGo reached 82% of subscribers and achieved a 12.82% click-through rate, successfully speeding up package collection.
