The Grove Church Stayed Connected with Their Congregation Through COVID-19

The Grove Church, a multi-site church in Washington with a congregation of 1,300, faced the challenge of staying connected with and receiving financial support from its members after statewide COVID-19 health mandates prohibited large in-person gatherings. This forced them to move all services and donation collection online.

The church utilized Pushpay's digital giving platform, including its Text-to-Give feature, to facilitate remote donations and integrated it with Church Community Builder for donor management. By leveraging Pushpay's tools for communication and live streaming, they maintained a strong sense of community. As a result, 65% of all donations were given through the Pushpay platform, allowing the church to successfully navigate the crisis.
