MobileEdge, a maker of laptop carrying cases, travel accessories and custom corporate-branded gear, struggled with digital distractions and high cart abandonment that hurt conversions and customer lifetime value. To address this, they tested Pushnami’s web push notification service to add a retargeting channel that could re-engage visitors outside email and social channels.

Pushnami implemented its web-based push notification platform (easy to install via a code/pixel and integrated with WordPress and Magento) to run cart and browse abandonment automations and flash-sale campaigns. As a result, MobileEdge grew its subscriber list 400% in three months, achieved a 5.5% lifetime click-through rate (about double the average email CTR), and saw improved performance on flash-sale campaigns, driving more recovered sales and higher engagement.
