SuperJeweler Got 8% Conversion Rate Using Cart Abandonment Push Notification

SuperJeweler, an online jewelry retailer, relied mainly on email and Google Display to promote deals but needed a faster, more effective way to reach customers, increase traffic, and boost ROAS. To solve this, they turned to PushEngage and its web push notification platform to deliver real-time deal alerts and retargeting campaigns.

PushEngage implemented push campaigns including drip, trigger, scheduled, browse-abandonment and a Cart Abandonment workflow, enabling timely deal notifications and recovery of lost sales. The results: a 22% subscription rate, push notifications driving 5% of site traffic (vs 3% from email), PushEngage contributing 5.26% of total revenue and delivering about an 8.2% lift in revenue; the Cart Abandonment campaign achieved a 14.68% CTR with an 8% conversion rate.
