ShoutMeLoud, founded by Harsh Agrawal, is a leading blogging site with about 1.1 million monthly visits that needed better user engagement, timely promotion of affiliate offers, and more repeat traffic to grow revenue. To solve these challenges they partnered with PushEngage and used its WordPress push notification tools, including Drip Campaigns, segmentation and multiple opt-in forms.

PushEngage implemented targeted drip campaigns and interest-based segmentation, plus single- and multi-step opt-ins, resulting in measurable gains: Drip conversions rose by 10% with an average drip CTR of 5.3%, segmented notifications achieved 4–5% CTR versus 1–2% for generic blasts, subscription rates were 6.77% (single-step) and 4.40% (multi-step), and ShoutMeLoud grew to over 200K subscribers, boosting repeat traffic and revenue.
