Paris Baguette aims for 1,000 U.S. units in 10 years with Push

Paris Baguette, a well-known bakery and café brand from Korea with over 3,600 units, engaged the vendor Push to help achieve its goal of opening 1,000 locations in the United States within a decade. The challenge was to make the brand more US-centric by overhauling its graphic and written standards, service metrics, and overall positioning to better connect with American consumers.

Push implemented a comprehensive solution that included primary consumer research and ethnographic studies to develop a new brand strategy centered on being "your neighborhood bakery and cafe." The agency redesigned the entire graphic approach, created new restaurant interiors, developed digital menu boards and marketing materials, and built new US and Canadian websites. Through its work, Push successfully repositioned the Paris Baguette brand to tap into nostalgia and community, helping to entice guests and support the brand's ambitious North American expansion.
