The Orchards Shopping Centre, a 120,000 sq ft centre in West Sussex with 40 retail units (and 32 residential dwellings that can pick up the Wi‑Fi), wanted a cost‑effective way to offer free Wi‑Fi to customers, increase dwell time and attract new demographics while keeping content secure and capturing customer data.
