Purple’s platform was overlaid onto the town’s existing Ruckus access points and launched with a branded splash page and social login. The deployment captured 18,400 user connections (75% via social login), enabled targeted CRM communications, and helped drive a 208% annual increase in Facebook likes (2,387 vs 755), improved event attendance and local engagement—delivering measurable ROI for Kirkcaldy Town Centre.
