Mall Las Brisas, a premium shopping mall in Santa Cruz de la Sierra with roughly 6,000 daily visitors, faced unreliable WiFi and limited reporting from its previous Ubiquiti analytics setup, which prevented seamless guest login and made it hard to track or segment returning customers. Seeking better demographic and behavioral insights to personalize marketing and improve dwell time, the mall chose Purple’s WiFi analytics solution.

Purple was installed across the mall’s access points (via network partner InCloud), delivering a secure, seamless guest network and far richer analytics. In just four months Mall Las Brisas captured data on over 5,000 unique users (22,935 all-time users), with close to 65% of customers using Facebook social login and 18–24 as the top age group; connections have continued to grow weekly. The Purple platform enabled targeted e-shots, SMS and birthday offers, improved customer segmentation and a measurable uplift in data capture to support personalized campaigns.
