KidZania London is the UK franchise of the international indoor entertainment brand for children aged 4–14, welcoming around 30,000 visitors per month. Facing large peak crowds and no real-time visitor data, KidZania engaged Purple to deliver an advanced WiFi analytics service to provide a secure, easy-to-access network and capture demographic and behavioral data for better-targeted marketing.

Purple deployed WiFi across 30+ Ruckus access points with quick registration (or Facebook) logins, custom HTML splash pages and micro-surveys, turning the network into a marketing channel. As a result, about 1,000 guests connect daily, 82% of users are first-time visitors, KidZania can analyze visit habits and preferences, and 30% of new newsletter sign-ups now come from WiFi-connected customers — with Purple’s portal and support helping them act on the data.
