Purple’s solution provided connectivity in all 76 rooms and public areas, automated CRM capture and review requests, and integrated analytics. The hotel saw a 218% increase in TripAdvisor reviews (January to February), nearly 1,000 WiFi logins in the first month with users up to 50% week‑on‑week, average guest sessions over five hours per day, and exported guest data for targeted marketing to drive more direct bookings.
