Brussels South Charleroi Airport worked with Purple to improve guest WiFi and better understand traveller needs in a fast-changing aviation market. The airport wanted deeper customer insights to shape its route network, improve marketing, and deliver a better passenger experience, and used Purple’s Guest WiFi, Captive Portal, and MicroSurvey functionality to do so.
Purple implemented automated MicroSurveys and multilingual LogicFlow journeys to collect real-time passenger feedback through WiFi authentication. The result was 89,845 survey responses, 689,615 unique users, and savings of €2,695,350 versus traditional feedback methods, delivering a 10,630% ROI for Brussels South Charleroi Airport.
