Awake Chocolate partnered with Purpics to increase brand awareness and sales within the collegiate market. Awake’s challenge was to micro-target specific campuses where they had distribution, generate authentic user-generated content (UGC) from students, and get measurable ROI from sampling and social activations using the Purpics platform and software.

Purpics implemented hyper-targeted campus sampling and peer‑influencer activations—students received free bars, posted photos through Purpics software, and integrated sampling into campus events—turning a pilot into an always-on collegiate influencer program.
