Prima Coffee, a B2B and B2C seller of coffee and espresso equipment on BigCommerce, needed to grow online revenue while differentiating the onsite experience for wholesale and retail customers. They partnered with PureClarity to improve average order value, upsells and cross-sells, and to deliver tailored user journeys using personalised content and AI-driven product recommenders.

PureClarity implemented dynamic personalised banners (carousel and static) and AI recommenders sitewide—on the homepage, product pages and basket—so customers see relevant products and content. The result: overall AOV rose 6.5%, AOV on orders involving recommenders rose 43.9%, the average number of SKUs per order with recommenders increased 46%, and PureClarity has been involved in 11.8% of all Prima Coffee orders, delivering a clear positive ROI.
