The Buffalo Farm, Scotland’s largest herd of Water Buffalo and a full butchery business with an online store, engaged PureClarity to boost online sales, customer loyalty, conversion rates and average order value through ecommerce personalisation. They sought a tool to raise product awareness and create more seamless, individualized shopper experiences across their bespoke Drupal platform.

PureClarity implemented targeted pop-ups (homepage, basket and product pages) and AI-driven product recommenders on the homepage, product pages and basket to drive sign-ups, upsells and cross-sells. Since deploying PureClarity, The Buffalo Farm has seen a 647% increase in newsletter sign-ups from pop-ups, 27.7% of all orders involve PureClarity features, a 16.7% increase in overall AOV and a 28.9% AOV uplift specifically from AI product recommendations, along with higher traffic and sales for highlighted products like their buffalo mozzarella.
