Nightingale PPE, a Shopify-based medical equipment retailer founded during the pandemic to supply affordable masks, gloves and sanitisers, wanted to grow sales, conversion and average order value while gaining a competitive edge for both B2B and B2C customers. Since January 2021 Nightingale PPE reports that 40% of online orders now involve PureClarity, average order value is up 60%, and the average number of SKUs purchased tied to PureClarity recommenders has increased 5%, alongside improved conversion and customer support satisfaction.
