PureClarity replaced manual recommenders with automated AI-driven product recommenders and deployed timed, enriched banner carousel campaigns (including “Deal of the Day”) targeted by customer group across the trade homepage and product pages. As a result, in the last three months Duffells saw a 24% increase in revenue, 34% more orders, a 4% rise in average order value, and a 173% increase in revenue driven by PureClarity recommenders.
