Comfy Homes, a Yorkshire-based home furnishings retailer running its ecommerce on Magento 2, faced the sudden closure of its brick-and-mortar stores during the pandemic and mounting competition. To drive customers online, better mirror the in‑store experience for its mainly female (24–45) audience, and personalise shopping across the UK, Comfy Homes engaged PureClarity for AI-driven personalisation and onsite promotions.
