Engweld, a UK-based supplier of welding equipment and supplies and member of the Air Liquide Group, needed an easy-to-use, affordable hyper-personalisation solution to boost online sales, raise average order value and promote product awareness across their bespoke e-commerce platform. They engaged PureClarity at the end of 2020 to deliver personalised experiences using AI-driven product recommenders.
PureClarity deployed AI product recommenders across the homepage, product listing pages, product pages and the basket to drive cross-sells and up-sells and improve conversion. The results were measurable: in the last 30 days Engweld earned back their monthly licence fee 10x, 4.5% of total revenue was generated by PureClarity’s AI recommenders, and 9.2% of online orders involved PureClarity, delivering clear lifts in conversion, AOV and product visibility.
