Walls and Floors, one of the UK’s largest tile retailers, wanted to modernise its digital marketing as its business became increasingly online. After moving away from a batch-and-blast approach, the team needed a new email platform and strategy that could tailor content to customer interests and website behaviours, including triggered automated emails. They chose Pure360 and its behavioural targeting solution to support this shift.
Pure360 helped Walls and Floors implement automated, behaviour-led campaigns including exit-intent pop-ups, free-sample follow-up emails, re-engagement journeys, and abandoned basket emails sent at 30 minutes, 24 hours and 72 hours. The results were strong: open rates doubled, CTR rose by 33%, unsubscribes fell to a fraction of 1%, subscribers increased by 18.5%, and recovered abandoned basket revenue grew by 10% month on month, up 97% overall since implementation.
