IP Telecom, the telecommunications arm of Infraestruturas de Portugal, runs three data centers and cloud services for 100+ business customers over a 5,000 km fiber network. The company was experiencing storage‑related latency, poor IOPS/bandwidth and disruptive firmware upgrades from legacy arrays, putting service levels and customer experience at risk.
