The Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS) faced challenges migrating its member and learning data from a legacy system to a new LMS. Their data had passed through several previous systems, leading to issues with integrity, duplication, and the need to archive obsolete information. They engaged Pumex Computing to perform a data ETL process to cleanse and conform the data, ensuring its integrity for the new platform.

Pumex Computing implemented a two-phase solution, beginning with a detailed analysis to define business rules and data quality challenges, followed by the development of the ETL layer and the actual migration. The project was completed on time and on budget with zero data issues reported in the new system.
