The National Federation of the Blind (NFB) engaged Pumex Computing to address the challenge of standardizing its 56 disparate affiliate websites. The organization needed a unified, branded web presence that was fully accessible, mobile-friendly, and met stringent WCAG 2.1 Level AA and Section 508 compliance standards, all while ensuring high performance and cross-browser compatibility.

Pumex implemented an Agile development process to architect a new solution, building a secure Azure Cloud infrastructure with a DevOps pipeline to host the templatized Drupal websites. The results included the on-time and on-budget delivery of Phase 1 with no escaped defects during User Acceptance Testing, particularly for critical accessibility features. Pumex successfully commenced the migration of affiliate sites ahead of schedule, establishing a robust, scalable platform for the NFB.
