Food for Thought, a foodbank service in West Dunbartonshire, faced a challenge with its time-consuming and stressful paper and Excel-based system for recording user details. This process required users to provide their information on every visit, creating anxiety and making reporting difficult. Pulsion Technology was engaged to develop a new solution.

Pulsion Technology implemented a secure, responsive web application hosted on AWS. This new case management system allows user details to be stored and retrieved for subsequent visits, eliminating repetitive registration. The solution has made operations vastly more efficient and secure, drastically increasing the speed at which users receive support and mitigating their anxiety. Pulsion continues to support the system for Food for Thought.
