Heineken Vietnam faced significant challenges in recruiting for its Supply Chain NextGen graduate program. The company struggled with a high volume of applications, an inability to objectively assess cultural fit, and fragmented candidate data, which made it difficult to identify the best young talent efficiently and consistently. To address this, they partnered with the vendor Pulsifi to implement a solution using predictive analytics and video assessments.

Pulsifi's solution involved creating success profiles from past hiring data and then assessing candidates on their hard skills, soft traits, cognitive abilities, and communication via video interviews. Their AI then generated role-specific Fit Scores to identify the best matches. This allowed Heineken Vietnam to create a high-quality shortlist in just two days. The results were significant: final interviews took 40% less time, over 90% of candidates with high Fit Scores were shortlisted, and the candidate experience was highly rated.
