Highland CC Have Seen Significant Improvement in Network Monitoring With Pulseway

Highland Community College, a 3,200‑student institution with a main campus and about 33 regional locations, struggled with an outdated operations management system that was hard to use and lacked adequate tracking and monitoring. To address these shortcomings they turned to Pulseway and deployed Pulseway Enterprise Server software to improve visibility and control across their distributed network.

Pulseway’s Enterprise Server solution lets administrators monitor remote servers from a single license and device (including via the Pulseway iPhone app) and perform actions such as logging out active users, running Windows updates, and restarting machines. As a result, Highland CC reported significant improvements in general monitoring and ready access to metrics—hard drive space, CPU and memory usage, and logged‑in users—leading to smoother, more effective network administration.
