The city also needed a better way to connect project initiatives and actions.

Pulse Software implemented its Corporate Planning & Reporting Module after a trial in 2019, giving staff a simple interface that required little training and supported flexible linking of projects to actions. The result was faster updates, better customer service and enquiry handling, less system administration, improved data integrity, and more effective reporting for areas such as audit reviews, strategies, and plans.
