Seamless Integration of Revenue Cycle Management Processes and Technologies Key to Reclaim Physicians Medical Group’s Success

Reclaim Physicians Medical Group is a multidisciplinary, regional practice in Grapevine, TX with 11 offices serving about 5,000 unique patients annually. The group struggled with inconsistent revenue cycle processes across locations: more than half of claims were unpaid after 120 days, days in A/R were high, coding errors and denials were common, point-of-service collections were low, and both patients and staff were frustrated by inaccurate billing and poor transparency.

Reclaim partnered with Pulse to standardize RCM workflows, implement integrated tools (PulsePM, PulseEHR and advanced claims-scrubbing) and provide real-time performance dashboards and staff training. The results: days in A/R were cut in half to an average of 38 days with over 60% of A/R in the 0–90 day buckets, point-of-service collections rose more than 12%, patient complaints dropped by half, clean-claim rates improved (initial +10% and >98% first-pass scrubbing), denials fell and cash flow and patient satisfaction significantly improved.
