Galesburg Orthopedic Services, a three‑physician practice founded in 1978 with four satellite offices and an 18‑member support staff, needed to replace its paper‑based clinical documentation to qualify for Meaningful Use incentives and avoid looming Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement cuts.
