To meet strict availability and security requirements — including secure handling of sensitive payment data — Emovis engaged Pulsant to provide colocation, dual datacentre hosting and a workplace recovery (WPR) service.

Pulsant implemented a geographically diverse dual datacentre solution (using its Yorkshire site as the primary DR), WAN links across five sites and a staffed workplace recovery facility (around 250 seats) to ensure staff availability and continuous tolling connectivity. The deployment met IL3/PCI DSS security standards, delivered a scalable platform with unrivalled uptime and led Emovis to award Pulsant a seven‑year contract, providing measurable resilience and peace of mind for high‑profile public‑facing services.
