InterpreterNow, a SignHealth-owned online video relay service that connects deaf British Sign Language users to qualified interpreters and is used by organisations including NHS England, the Scottish government and Vodafone UK, faced a compliance challenge: its service was hosted in Sweden and public sector customers required a UK-based, ISO‑compliant provider. InterpreterNow ran a tender and selected Pulsant to provide managed hosting, drawn by Pulsant’s NHS market experience and its Milton Keynes tier‑4 datacentre.

Pulsant delivered managed hosting in its Milton Keynes facility (ISO27001, PCI DSS and CSA Star accredited), provided software‑defined networking via Cisco ACI and worked with InterpreterNow’s incumbent IT supplier and solution architects to ensure a seamless migration. The Pulsant solution met InterpreterNow’s compliance and security requirements, improved service resilience and gave the organisation a clear, scalable path to grow and continue serving public‑sector and health customers.
