Santa Clara County Streamlines Digital Incident Process

Santa Clara County’s Parks and Recreation Department needed a more sustainable way to manage park ranger activity logs and incident reporting while still meeting strict government reporting requirements. Working with Pulpstream, the county looked for a mobile, digital process management solution that could replace paper-based workflows used in the field and on the back end.

Pulpstream implemented a custom mobile and web solution that lets rangers file incident reports offline, attach photos and sketches, and trigger automated supervisor reviews, report generation, and court document workflows.
