DIVA, a museum in Antwerp, wanted to create a compelling and immersive story around its diamond collection to shape a unique visitor experience. The main contractor, Bruns, approached Pufferfish to help achieve this aim with a PufferSphere, a solution that needed to be easy to transport and offer multiple user interactivity.

Pufferfish implemented a PufferSphere that provided interactivity via external touchscreens, allowing users to navigate content at their own pace. The sphere was first used in a traveling exhibition in Shanghai before becoming a key piece in the Antwerp museum, which sees over 100,000 visitors annually. DIVA frequently uses Pufferfish's intuitive software to create and refresh its own content, ensuring the installation continues to develop and delight visitors in an innovative way.
