Seat Serve is an iOS and Android app that lets fans order and track food and merchandise in real time from their seats. The team needed a secure, reliable realtime network to coordinate thousands of devices and considered building an in‑house backend but wanted to avoid the development, maintenance, and time-to-market costs of a custom solution.
