Delhaize, a supermarket chain, sought to improve the conversion rate of its online flyer, a key traffic generator. The company partnered with vendor Publitas and utilized its Publitas Enterprise solution to enhance the digital experience of its promotional publications.

Publitas implemented a dynamic, digital-first approach, moving beyond a simple PDF upload to incorporate eCommerce-specific features like an improved add-to-cart function, videos, and dynamic design elements. As part of this initiative, Publitas conducted an experiment with a vertical scroll format for an eCommerce-only assortment. The online flyer remains one of Delhaize's top ten most visited pages, and Publitas provided excellent technical support and acted as a true partner in helping Delhaize work towards its business goals.
