Butlers, a German home and living retailer, sought to bridge its offline and online presence to create a cohesive omnichannel experience for its customers. To achieve this, they turned to the vendor Publitas and their Publitas Enterprise solution to replace their previous online publication tools.

Publitas provided a mobile-optimized platform that imitated natural scrolling, which was critical as 70% of Butlers' users visit via phone. The solution featured automated SKU-tagging and seamless eCommerce integration, saving time and creating a smooth shopping experience. The results were impressive, with the online catalog achieving a very low 3% bounce rate and a long average session duration of four minutes, with users viewing an average of 63 out of 106 pages per session, indicating deep engagement.
