They contacted their existing vendor, Public-i, to enquire about the feasibility of installing an audio-visual hybrid solution that would allow them to webcast meetings from both the physical chamber and an online Microsoft Teams meeting.

Public-i implemented a custom AV solution by conducting a site visit, coordinating with external contractors, and dedicating significant engineering resources to complete the ambitious installation on schedule. The result was a successful hybrid full council meeting that worked wonderfully, with the council reporting the kit was easy to use and that Public-i's technicians also resolved long-standing, unrelated audio issues.
