PTC Supports Healthcare Company’s Plans for Global Growth

Global Healthcare Company, a $11B healthcare firm with 37,000 employees operating in 100 countries, faced a need to reinvent how it creates, delivers, and updates service knowledge—especially to support rapid growth in non‑English markets. Seeking an end‑to‑end service and parts information solution tied to the product lifecycle, the company selected PTC to standardize global technical content and authoring processes using PTC technologies such as Windchill Service Information Manager (SIM), Arbortext Editor, Creo Illustrate, and integrations with PTC Axeda.

PTC implemented a consolidated, lifecycle‑aligned content environment and standardized workflows across business units, deploying the system initially to 50 users (with plans to onboard 500 more) and planning further rollouts of PTC InService and Windchill Service Parts.
