Jetta Company Limited is an OEM manufacturer offering one-stop services from engineering design and tooling fabrication to production, quality and shipment management across products such as toys, consumer electronics, robots and aircraft components. Facing pressure to shorten product development and tooling lead-times, provide detailed 3D models to customers, and create prototypes quickly, Jetta turned to PTC solutions including Creo and Windchill (along with other PTC software).

PTC implemented a solution where Creo enabled industrial, mechanical and electrical engineers to work independently yet collaborate effectively, Windchill and the shared database supported PLM and tool-design reuse, and rapid prototyping accelerated prototype creation. As a result of PTC’s deployment, Jetta reduced development lead-time by at least 30% and now resolves more than 90% of technical problems in the design phase, significantly cutting tooling cycles and speeding time to market.
