Dyna-Empire, Inc., a 60‑year OEM supplier to military and commercial aircraft, helicopter, and marine engine makers, needed to adapt manufacturing for new materials like titanium, extend tool life, machine complex surfaces to customer specs, and minimize material waste. To meet these challenges the company adopted PTC’s Creo as its CAD/CAM/CAE platform.
PTC implemented Creo’s integrated 3D CAD/CAM/CAID/CAE toolset to create CNC programs and support more precise, efficient machining. As a result PTC’s Creo helped Dyna-Empire triple machining capacity, increase tool life by 14x (saving thousands), raise part production 4x after switching from Mastercam, and produce parts up to 80% faster.
