PTC’s approach combined targeted Proficiency assessments, tailored PTC Creo training, workshops to define best practices, and support for PTC Windchill PLM adoption; key users received ongoing coaching and company-wide templates and manuals were established. The PTC-driven program produced measurable gains—users showed a 20% improvement after the first assessment round—while creating standardized processes, improving model reuse and positioning Comexi Group for faster, more consistent delivery.
