Callaway Cars, a specialty vehicle and performance-products manufacturer headquartered in Old Lyme, CT, needed to reduce product design time, improve productivity and time to market, and standardize on a single CAD system across the company. To meet these goals they adopted PTC’s Creo CAD software as their primary design tool.

PTC delivered a Creo-based solution that enabled fast modification of complex assemblies, creation of families to support multiple iterations before prototyping, and an easier-to-learn interface. As a result, Callaway Cars cut concept development time by 30–35%, maintained high product quality on Corvette, Camaro and Silverado projects, and increased production threefold—designing three car models in one year.
