As a result, HIROTEC AMERICA gained visibility into CNC uptime, tied real‑time data to its ERP scheduling to optimize part allocation, improved asset/resource allocation, boosted productivity and ROI, reduced downtime, and strengthened Operations–IT collaboration — with measurable proof‑of‑concept results delivered in weeks rather than years.
