Trisura Group, one of Canada’s fastest-growing specialty commercial carriers, faced a mounting paper problem as thousands of policies generated dozens or hundreds of documents each, straining a lean staff and making retrieval and processing increasingly inefficient. To address this, Trisura selected PSIGEN Software’s PSIsafe document management solution to meet requirements for ease of use, Microsoft integration, a shallow learning curve, and responsive support.

PSIGEN Software implemented a phased PSIsafe rollout with a full backfile conversion, automated folder creation via the PSIGEN “Synchronizer,” workflow-driven invoice processing, and claims-system integration. The result was centralized, secure, and easily accessible information, a significant reduction in duplicate data entry and time spent on document retrieval, the ability to outsource physical storage, and the elimination of many non-value-added tasks that previously consumed staff hours.
